Consumer Redressal

I have given my micromax A65 mobile set for repair in service center , after 4 months I received a call from service center asking me to come and take new mobile set as my old set could not be repaired ( which was in warranty )I reached to receive the mobile set when I opened it at home for using I saw it was an old set not a new one as there was lots of emails, sms , contact details and mobiles apps etc etc , it clearly indicates that they gave me a old one mobile set and cheated me , i gave representation to MICROMAX company followed by a legal notice and since then 2 months has elapsed but they have not any attention neither replied to me about their this act of cheating with me . I am lodging this complaint with you. kindly see and please do the needful
