Consumer Redressal

I purchase dress material from yebhi .com 0f 604 rs And paid them money ,then they did not have that article and cancelled my Order No: YBH5733779 them self ,and transferred my money in to coin section ,now when i asked them to refund they denied that they are forcing to purchase voucher from their site ,but all their voucher are coming soon for the last 2 months ,this policy of transferring money at coin section was not their when i ordered my article they have recently launched that to cheat customer,Now they don,t sell any article sell product of other site and compell old customer to purchase their voucher if you have money with them ,I want my money back as they cheated me now they don\'t respond ,plz help me in getting my money back
