Dear Sir,
I want to inform that I was using Post paid GSM telecom services of Reliance Telecom Ltd in HP circle. Due to poor service in the area, I have to switch to other operator. Also, I was not ok with reliance on the following grounds:
1. Poor data service in Parwanoo.
2. Wrong updation of payment receipt in database.
3. Even after change of data plan, reliance charged on wrongly.
