Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I had ordered an online picture from the website zoomin.com and it was printed and dispatched through fedex courier by them. A reference tracking number was sent by zoomin to me through email which was 619938453707. The package is lying at the local office since last 6 days. we have made numerous calls to custmoer care and also personally visited their sector 23 office where the store manager assured the delivery and gave his contact number. we have made atleast 50 calls to him and he has not picked up the call even once. Nor has the courier been delivered to us. I am under extreme pain and mental torture because of this callus attitude of a company of such repute and stature. Please help
