Bharti AXA Sir My claim no is F0513231/C0655870 . But today your executive called me and said this claim will not settle this claim was old if this claim was old so why they dont clear this claim last time then they say at a single time they clear only single claim That kind of working attitude is not for so much big company if this kind of problem a customer face diffenetly me and my all fried wil not go with bharti axa please resolve this ASAP Kiran.Jayaraj@bharti-axagi.co.in Customer.Service@bharti-axagi.co.in so what is with that firstly tell me why your surviour not clear this claim last time.If we write in the form true about the accident was on same place so what is wrong with that. We are ready with your word we will change the wording this time. Please dont behave like a kid last time your surviour told us that at a single time he cleared only one demaged and after fifteen days you can again apply for claim. Due to this my car stand in workshop for 7 days but he not cleard 2nd demaged. My sister marriege in next 20 days and lot of work are pending and you are joking with your customer like a govt. office clerk.
