Dear Sir/Madam,
I have used SCB credit card and I requested for closure of card but it was not done even after making payment of settlement amount. I have sent lots of mails but no action from bank side. Reqeust your help.
I have allthe documents proof and also settlement vouchers.
Currently my name is appearing in CIBIT.
