Respected Sir i have been using vodafone services from last last four years. i am facing the deactivation issue of my two Vodafone numbers very often from last Nine months, when i called customer care i got to know that someone else have got my registered information and deactivate my numbers over the call by verifying all the details. i think this is a very serious issue as anyone can get my personal information from vodafone and can use it to harm me. i recently faced this issue on 11/10/2014 on 9999133063number, someone deactivated my number over the call and when i called vodafone customer care. the executive told me someone called from 9873745147 and deactivated my number, i had to request for the activation of my number again. i requested the executive to block 9873745147 to deactivate or activate my numbers as well as block any other number rather than my numbers i.e. 9811239784 and9999133063 for the same but my request was not accepted by him. please ensure the security of my
