Consumer Redressal

I have bought a food processor of usha lexus on 23rd July 2012 and is having a warranty of 2 years. The food processor is not working and i have called the customer care of usha international on 21st Feb 2013, that my food processor is not working. The representative told me that the same will be resolved with in 24-48 hours but nobody bothered to call me or visit my place for the same. When nobody came to resolve my complaint i called the customer care again on 28th Feb and requested the same and the feedback customer care executive told me that somebody will resolve your problem in 24hours but nobody came. Then again i called the customer care 3rd time and had a word with the senior Mr. Sandeep on 2nd March and he committed that somebody will surely come by evening to resolve your problem. Nobody came and again i called the customer care on 4th February and wanted to talk to Mr. Sandeep for the same but the executive told me that he is not available and i told her that my food proces
