I purchased ext hard disk at Croma store Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010 on 26/06/2013 for Rs 3999.00. It never worked properly and was sent for replacement. They replaced it twice and on both occasions, it never worked again. They took it back for replacement in Apr/May 2014 and when I complain to them each time, they say that the matter has been \'escalated\'. But I have not got any replacement or cash back.
