Consumer Redressal

Dear sir/mam, First of all please forgive to hide my details.I am working as software engineer in aavanor systems pvt ltd, anna nagar,chennai with 3 years bond.My company treats employee as a slave.They just forget about agreement and day by day they changed the rules,salary and all.All of my colleagues bear these things only for our future. because we need a certificate from them to make a move.already one of my senior couldn\'t get his certificate and spoiled his life. that\'s why i don\'t want to tell my name.I\'ve been in this company for long time.They told in the beginning, if PF officer come to our office and ask you about pf, you have to tell him, \"we don\'t want PF\".But they deducted PF from my salary in this month. according to my knowledge, one part we have to pay and office should pay one part. But they didn\'t asked anything and simply deducted whole amount from our salary.They didn\'t paid anything.After deducting only we came to know about PF.Please help us. Thank you very much
