Consumer Redressal

espected Sir . I would like to state that. my Name is Rakesh Ekka and i am customer of SBI bank, kunkuri Branch ( Branch Code- 02870 ) . A/c No is 31642361660. I have availed a car loan for Rs 4,00,000 date 23/02/2011 for 84 month with EMI about Rs 7000. account is regular (Standard Asset ). Now branch has started to deduct Rs more than 9000 some times Rs 12000 some times Rs 11000. it is affecting my financial position and livelihood. my a/c is regular but manger come and threats me and my old parents. who is sugar BP and Heart Patients. when my EMI was deducted more than 7000 Rs at that time i went to bank . to clear the confusion . the loan manager treated me very badly. i told him that i am doing job in Dhamtari and for loan puropse i took leave without pay from job and came to kunkuri to solve excess EMI problam.
