Consumer Redressal

I had bought a Karbonn Titanium S5i mobile on 15/03/2014 at flipkart.com with the order id OD40315012474.It was working fine about 2 months. Since then, the phone was not charging properly and wasn\'t be able to use it anymore. So I\'ve given it to Karbonn Mobiles\' authorized service center twice. The Service centre people in Saugor, Madhya Pradesh examined the phone and gave it back within three days and replied, we didn\'t provide the warranty and services for online purchasing. Later, I\'ve given it to the another karbonn mobiles\' auth. service center in Salem, TamilNadu. They\'ve taken my phone for repairing. They\'ve consumed 40 days and replied that we didn\'t be able to repair your phone and we even didn\'t offer services for online purchasing. Obviously, I\'ve got more disappointment, irritating, frustration with Karbonn\'s services. This clearly shows that the product is totally unusable and I can\'t use it anymore. Hence I request you to address this issue and take action against them.
