Hi I put a request of address change with relaince Big Tv. Later i oerson called me stating Relaince person cannot be reached in vasundhara ghaziabad so they have contracted with them for the services. He came to my place and did the installation & taken 350INR from me as cash. Later 350 also deducted from my BIG TV account also. Kindly resolve the same and initiate the refund.
