I bought a cellphone from flipkart , which had been charged twice the amount from different accounts of the same bank. On bringing this subject to their notice, they insisted 2products have been placed an order and they would refund for the same. But till date the amount has not been refunded. I want to submit a complaint against Flipkart for unnecessary harassment for deducting the price and not refunding the same.
