we had bought a corporate connection from vodafone. The plan was suggested by the vodafone mini store in bansdroni, kolkata. For the past 4 days the outgoing calls of my phone is off. i have visited the vodafone store innumerable times, but i was not helped and instead i was only harrassed and screamed upon.i went to the vodafone garia store, which informed me that my plan was not activated by the vodafone. and now they are asking me to pay my bill for rs.1600. i have been cheated by vodafone and they have informed me wrong plan. please look into the matter.
