My son, Swar Shah had travelled from Mumbai to Frankfurt – London – Torrento on dtd. 2/09/2014 and he had handed over his 2 luggage to Lufthansa International Airlines and they promised to deliver the same at Torrento (Canada) Airport. But on reaching the destination, my son has not received his luggage. He had lodged a complaint with Torrento Airport (Air Canada Office) vide Complaint No. YY2AC42662.
