I had made a purchase from snapdeal.com on the 27th of september, 2014. The expected delivery was by 5th of october. I have not received the product yet and when I tried to raise a complaint, I was told that our executive will get in touch with you. The time frame that they had provided has been exceeded twice and I did not get any call from them yet. My oredr no. is 2944690702. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
