Vodafone has wrongly billed me for some unknown international numbers. also the itemised bill claims that i have spoken for more than 20 mins to an unknown ISD number. whereas i only make international calls to united states only to my nephew. i called him on 10 august 2014 on rakshabandhan and spoke to him for 18-20 mins, but the itemised bill claims that conversation to be of 1 minute only. this is some kind of a fraud vodafone is engaging in. i a a vodafone customer for last 15 years and never have been billed for more than 800-1000 rs. please help.
