Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have recharged my Rcom Prepaid Mobile (9352722282) (Rajasthan) for 156 Rs for Internet services. Instantly i got message from service provider that \" RC Rs. 156 done. You get 1 GB 3G Data for 30 D\" but i have got 600 MB only instead of 1GB 3G data and when i asked retailer he said that you have to check with 198 customer complaint forum in case of any issue. I had call for about 45 minutes and they denied to lodge my complain also stating that from 10th Sep 2014 tariff has been changed and now you will get only 600 MB as per new tariff but when i told them that why then i have received a message of 1 GB data, they said they don\'t care & no message has sent. I told them the time and date that is 3rd Oct 2014 @ 11:46 AM but still they denied and disconnected the phone after 45 minutes without lodging the complain. Same thing happened when i called rcom appellate authority and they also denied to register and complain and said me to visit rcom office and then call from there
