Yesterday,I ordered a cellphone worth 5499 ( price mentioned in flipkart) for Rs 1500 which they displayed as offer price. I ordered two pieces and an amount of RS 3000 was debited from my account. All of a sudden, the order got cancelled in the same night and when i called the customer care, they told me like it was a technical issue that they displayed an offer which was not actually existing and the amount will be refunded. As a token of apologies they will be also giving me an additional 500 Rs which will also be credited soon.
Here the flipkart actually fooled a customer in the name of technical issue and withholding my amount which i could have invested in something else wisely.
