I had purchased a weighing machine from Shopclues which found to be defective. I had informed the company and after prolong communications, they had advised that they are taking steps to return back my amount within 6-9 working days. After that almost one month has passed but nothing happened.My last communication to Shopclues on 22.09.2014 is as under:
\"You have advised that refund for my order # 17884787 has already been
initiated on 06 Sept. 2014 and the amount would reflect in my account in
7-9 business days.
More than 28 days have passed but I did not get refund my amount.
Why are you making such false promise to your customers?\"
