Side by side refrigerator model RS21HSTPN...(Samsung India) purchased during 2012 - facing repeatitive failures. Causing untold hardship and cost of replacement parts. The 3rd such instant now not being taken care of for last two weeks. Repeat failures of various PCBs are tantamount to faulty product itself. I wish to know my consumer right with respect to such heavy continuous duty essential consumer goods. What is the reasonable time from purchase the internal parts like PCBs are subjected to before such repeatitive failures of one PCB after another.
