I had bought two bottles of Kinley mineral water from the Food Court \'Hangout\' at City Centre-1 Salt Lake, Kolkata on the 1st October 2014. Each bottle was charged at Rs. 40 MRP whereas the above mentioned consumer good is available at Rs. 20 MRP at other retailers, present in the city. The employee of the Food Court present at the counter did not bestow any additional service on me and hence, charging another additional Rs. 20 per bottle makes no sense. I have receipt of the purchased goods with me if need require to validate my claim and reproduce it. I request you to please pursue my complaint in earnest to protect the interest of other consumers who unfortunately may not realize the injustice being meted out to them.
