Sir / Madam,
I am using two Vodafone Postpaid connections with a rental of Rs. 149/-. Two months back I got a call from Vodafone customer care, asking me to upgrade my plan to Rs. 399/-. I simply turned down the offer. But within few hours I received a message from Vodafone stating that Rs. 399/- talk plan has been activated. I immediately called Vodafone customer care to inquire about the same. They said they have received a request for talk plan change but as I have not given the request they will not make it applicable. But still for last two months I have been charged with Rs. 399/- rental for both of my numbers. Please resolve my issue as Vodafone in not ready to listen my complaint.
