I had purchased a product from STARCJ ALIVE TV channel through tele-calling having Order No. : 20140927061774 , Invoice No. : 201409271684. The products I received were defective so i called the same day to replace it and they agreed. But even after four days no one came to replace the product. Now they called after four days stating that the product cannot be replaced without any reason and disconnected the call after few minutes.
