i am a reliance customer of a postaid connection and i wished to covert it into a prepaid one i have been placing request in reliance since 20 th february and also have visted reliance web world submitting all the documents required for conversion.every time i am told that it would be processed in 3 hours but it has b 14 days since they are harrasing me and not converting it into a prepaid connection
