Consumer Redressal

Dear Sirs, On 24 September 2014, I had visited with one of my friend to a restaurant called Chai Break of 60/1 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata 700020. As per their receipt they are claiming themselves as fine dining restaurant. However, when we asked them for drinking water they simply denied and said it is chargeable and we had to ultimately pay Rs. 30/- for a sealed bottled water of 500 ml. of Kinley Brand [Batch No. 16 and MRP Rs.10/-]. My Bill No. is RB053533. I am also having the bottle. Would request you to kindly take up the matter and let me have a compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for the agony and harassment I had to face.
