Dear Sir / Madam,
I had ordered e Gitanjali 2 GM 24KT 995 Purity Plain Gold Coin BIS Hallmarked (1no.)vide order no. 19836297 dated Sep 6, 2014.
The item has still not been delivered to me inspite of multiple complaints through email and telephone to their customer support team.
Their website states that the shipment is shipped via Aramex courier with shipment no. 40601698782. But the courier has replied back to me in writing that the item has been returned back to the shipper.
Shopclues is still mainitaining that the item is in transit.
Kindly help in resolving this issue and my item delivery.
