Dear Sir,
I had booked a Tour Package from M/s Mangalmay Yatra for Srinagar period 23.09.14 to 27.09.14 but due to flood happened in Srinagar, i demand for refund of booking amount of Rs 5000/- from the tour operator but he is deny to refund the amount.
The concerned person name is Shashi Ranjan Contact No - 9899267589
As the tour operator does not provide me refund nor he provide me any voucher for the given dates.
So you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful
