I bought a BASIC ORBITREK from R.P.TELEBUY SKYSHOP ,PVT LTDTrivandrum on 01.04.2012(Invoice No:TD1112/4609).The product stopped working from March 2013 immediately after the service from authorised personnel.Hope you will take this request seriously and do the necessary asap.
