Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, I have SB A/c No: 0646104000137256 with IDBI Bank, Char Rasta, Vapi. I had given instruction to bank on toll free no. for ATM charges wrongly charged by bank as i had never given any applied for Debit Card from bank in written or by email. Bank had cancell card by 2nd to 3rd visit at branch, but on toll free no. they had also said all the facilities will be continue regrding the same no. They had not accept written application at branch regarding return the charges debit in my account nor for services regarding the same. I had visited 4 to 5 times bank branch, charged nr. Rs.350/-, Bank charges Rs.110/- yearly basis, also mental harassment and west of my time, court fees any + mental harassment penaltymate charges rs.500000/- on IDBI bank. Thanks. Nirav Kapadia.
