Dear sir/ madam ,
my father MR. DANBAHADUR SINGH has bought one combine harvestor (model:tiger crop 40) from CLAAS INDIA LTD. MORINDA HARYANA in the month of march 2014. In the first wheat crop season its cutter bar assy got broken during harvesting in the field. we informed claas immediately & asked for replacement. they promised they will replace it but its been 6 months & nothing has been done. our machine is idle & now the paddy crop season has come. we paying EMI only. heavy loss !
please help.
