I bought a Reliance 3G dongle for Rs.180.00 p.m. 6 month before. The first 3 month the speed was too good I pay every month. But after 3 month suddenly the speed become slow and I could not get the speed of 3G. I try several times to contact to customer care for solving the problem but every time the mechanical voice come “All executive are busy please hold” and the line disconnected. When the people call for payment I told them the problem but that remain same. In the mean time I exchange with MTS the speed is too good . Now Reliance makes a Bill of Rs. 800.00 and pressure me to pay through a Advocate who’s Phone No 08470867192. PLEASE HELP ME.
