Consumer Redressal

We bought a book from Sapna book house, kormangala, Bangalore. There was some isunderstanding in buying the book, so we went for exchange. They made us to wait for half an hour and told that they can\'t exchange the book very rudely. I request you to please look into such behaviour of shop keepers.
