hi, i bought 2 ladies chappal from online shopping site askmebazaar.com on 27th august. after 10 days i got parcel. but quality was not that good as we saw in their site. so i asked within 15 minutes to company that we want refund. kindly do reverse pickup of that product. but after 20 days and complaining them more than 15 times they are just registering complaints and no action and call from them. everytime they ask details of us and no further action. kindly help me as amount is 950rs of 2 products.
