i have purchased one international sim card from clay telecom ,bangalore region in the month of April 2014 includes my security deposit money of Rs 2500 and they said that such deposit money is refundable within 4 days from date of refund .on the other hand i returned back the sim in the month of may 2014 and still i am struggling for my refund money of Rs 2500.
Kindly request you to please guide me to get my refund against my security deposit and also tell me the next procedure for this matter.
