Consumer Redressal

Hi, i have a gas connect6ion of HP with single cylinder & my consumer no is 621299, i normally book gas every 2 & 1/2 months interval hence my last booking was on 11th of this month but till now no delivery has happended. I have already made a complaint at HP informing the whole scenario which happended earlier also but till njow response from the company. My gas distributor is Kanchan Flame who are worst in service but despite of earlier mails to HP no action or improvement was seen from HP. I am having single cylinder & its more than 15 days that i booked gas wherein the booking no is 260647 though i was approached by one of the local shope to take the cylinder in black in 1000 bucks which means all this delay are happening due to the corruption hence i want to raise my voice so that a strict action been taken against Kanchan Flame as well as HP who doesnot care at all for customer service.
