my Service provider providing maintainence services at my residence is not providing services properly.
also he is charging for certain services for which he has not provided services as per specification/or not as per agreement with residents.
he is also charging interest on non payment of this service as we are not paying for service not rendered as agreed.
he is not replying to any communication sent.
also laws of land are not followed.
pl advise as we are not interested in paying for deficiency in services.
