My Father LATE SHRI. HARMAN BHAI B. PAREKH Had taken car loan from TATA CAPITAL FINANCIAL
SERVICES LTD. Of amount 6,80,000. ACCOUNT NO. 7000173860, CUSTOMER NO. 2700698677. CAR
NUMBER: GJ‐15‐CA‐9052
At Time of loan, INSURANCE AGAINTS LOAN POLICY ( loan insurance) has taken it was said by your
officer it is mandatory for Disbursement of Loan (reason given by them was age factor so it was
compulsory ). So we have taken INSURANCE AGAINTS LOAN FACILTY.
I have visited your branch, VAPI CHALA ( Royale Fortune Complex, shop no 1 F/ 8, 1‐g/9, 1‐b‐10b, chla
road , vapi 396191 Gujarat. ) and given written application for the claim they are not ready to accept the
request and not even ready to guide for the same.
Then after I called customer care (18002096060) on 05/08/2014. REFRENCE NO. 1049896. But I have
not received proper response from them; they are giving only follow up dates that you will receive your
documents shortly.
Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis, and settle down this is
