IN THE INTEREST OF GENERAL PUBLIC : CHEATING BY SPICE MOBILITY : OVER HEATING PROBLEM : SPICE VIRTUOSO - MI - 495 We have purchased the above handset from Spice Retail Shop - HOTSPOT on 24/02/2013 from Honey Park, Adajan, Surat. On using the Phone on 25/02/2013, we found the problem of camera clarity and overheating. As per the handset specification 8 MP camera with 3264 *2448 pixels is given. But when we took the Photograph and compared the same with their MI - 530 Mobile, photographs are very poor . We also compared the photograph with other mobile having 8 MP. The photographs are very poor. The major problem the Phone is having is overheating. Within 10 -15 minutes of usage of the handset, mobile is heated and sensation on the ears are so hot that person can not put the phone on ear and compulsorily have to use speaker or Bluetooth facility.
