Fraud case against Daksh Communication, sector 15, gurgaon
They are selling fraud brand of Nokia in place of the original one and charging the customer the same price as that of original. I gave them my Nokia Lumia 520 phone for the Touch Screen replacement. But they placed the fraud brand in my phone which was not working properly. I asked them for the replacement but they are nor will to do so. Also they are not returning my money.
Please help me in this case, so that no other person gets in their trap.
