Respected sir/madam,
I have vodafone POSTPAID no - 9671002227 from march 2014 to 22 Aug.2014. On 23 Aug. 2014, Migrated into PREPAID. On 25 Aug.2014, the PREPAID SIM activate till 15 Sep.2014. On 16 Aug. 2014 OUTGOING CALLS DEACTIVATED. My Vodafone BILL of Rs. 405/- dated-23 July 2014 was due upto 10 AUG 2014. I paid it on 12 Aug 2014. for an Amount of Rs. 1000/-. Vodafone Store has not given me any RECEIPT for this payment. I got SMS for the same on 12 Aug 2014 at 06:19pm, having TRANSACTION ID HR1400197770. Now, Vodafone executive says, the PAYMENT of Rs.1000/- was made WRONGLY in your Account.And, told to PAY Again for this, to STAY with this MOBILE NO.
Sir/madam, please help me for this.
