I have a water softener from Zero B installed. It is the large one installed for the full house. It was installed about 2 years back. These people are not providing service anymore. I registered the complaint on 26th July. the service person came 2 days later and told that he would service only if we buy something from him. He went back without servicing and since then I have called 5 times to the customer care and also put an online complaint but to no avail. I finally got the cleaning done by an external person who charged about 1.5 times the cost.
