Dear Sir
I am using idea 3G services from last 15 months & i am paying for the same but i never got 3 G services. Only 2G services are running & Idea company is charging me for 3G facility.
At the time of connection , Idea representative confirmed that 3G services are running & you have to pay for the same but i never got this facility.
Now i felt that Idea company cheated me & i want all money back at earliest.
