Consumer Redressal

I ordered an american tourist er backpack for Rs. 1295 on 03/09/2014 and amount paid through my debit card. The order ID is OD40903012945. Promised delivery date was 10/09/2014. Since the shipment was not delivered by 11th of September, I contacted their customer service and they told that the delay was due to some technical reasons and the said the it would be delivered by 14th. But I didn\'t get my shipment on 15th. Again I contacted their customer service agent. They told that the failure was happened from their courier partner (Firstflight Courier) and they promised re shipment and the said it would be delivered by 18 of September. The shipment tracking id provided in the website was F99101927480 and shipment was again through Firstflight courier. I didn\'t get the shipment on 18th.On 19th I received a call. The person explained himself as he was form courier agency. He told that it will be delivered by 19th evening. But not delivered till now.
