Consumer Redressal

My Father, Mr S Raghavan & My Mother Mrs Choodamani Raghavan are having an Fixed Deposit Monthly Income Scheme with Post Office In Bangalore since 20 Years approximately. They depend upon this interest scheme for their monthly expenses. Off-late for the last few months, they have been told that the Government has stopped depositing the interest into their a/c & have been harshly treated & turned back which has made both of my parents worried. We would like to raise a complaint with Consumer Redressal Forum in Bangalore to get this investigated thoroughly & provide justice & compensation for all the physical stress, mental agony & all sorts of inconvenience caused to them at the earliest.
