I bought a fibre-made spatula (or turner) on 14/9/2014 with Rs.60.00 form Ramraja Basanalaya, Ramcharan Sheth Lane, Ramrajatala, Howrah - 711104, Phone No. +(91)-33-26271194 for use in cooking in my nonstick pan. But the spatula partially melted during its very first use. I visited the shop today, on 21/09/2014 and demanded refund of the original amount. But the shop-owner misbehaved and refused to do so saying that such things do not have any guarantee on them. Then why are they dealing in such goods? It is sheer dishonesty. Please help and oblige.
