I have purchase a dishtv new connection @ Rs.1699/ on 22/08/2014 on an agreement one month free subscription, but on 19th sept at 11.55 p.m. they stopped the service and asking for recharge. Even over the phone they told me that 19 th is my switch off day. Please help me and help others from misguided. Its not a matter of 2 days, its a violation of rule. In this way they just trying to monopolies. Further now I have learn from others that two month free offer at Rs.1699/ . But I have purchase online, minimum 30 days should I get as they offered at the time of purchase. Thanking you.
