Message from a very very ANOID/BETRAYED/UNHAPPY customer.My complaint is in regards to my TATA PHOTON MAX WIFI number 9212032926.Here is the story of how TATA has fooled me and I was betrayed every time I seeked help in last 6 days since I got connection.I paid 1999 for device,150 for adaptor,100 for activation.Guess what it is not working.The signals are very weak.It works for 2 minutes & then get disconnected.I have called TATA Cust Care 10 times & they say they will call me back & technician will help me.But no one called me.This is bluffing.I never expected this from a Brand like TATA.I feel cheated and humiliated.I have hardly used this service past 6 days.My work got hampered.I proudly say AIRTEL was there to help me.There connection works fine.I should have never gone with TATA.Will advice all my family members,friends never ever to go for any TATA Telecom service where ever you are in India.I WANT MY 2250 Rupees BACK NOW.COLLECT YOUR BILL,DEVICE,ADAPTER AND REFUND MY MONEY.
