Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Mam I have applied for Loan foreclose statement against Home Loan availed from Development Credit Bank (DCB) Kolkata of Rs 65 Lac (HHOMGAR00033244) on 16th Aug’14. I have been informed by their customer care unit that same will be provided to me by 2nd Sep’14, since then Mr. Prakash Shaw (Manager DCB, Kolkata) been harassing me and as on date I have not received the same. I have also escalated the matter to Mr. Tarang Goel (Sr. Manager DCB) but in vain. I want to close the loan, but due to the delay & harassment from DCB, I have to incur interest on per day basis. Request you to kindly take this matter with utmost priority, as I have to bear the interest on per day basis without any fault of mine. Regards Amit Kumar Bansal
